ARTELIUM EXPERIENCE - 25TH APRIL
Artelium tour and tasting dinner experience offers a distinctive celebration of partnership between The Jolly Sportsman and Artelium, our nearest local vineyard. Start by discovering the vineyard's surroundings and learning about Sussex wine-making, all while savouring a glass of one of the vineyard's award-winning wines. Then, take a guided stroll from the vineyard to The Jolly Sportsman for a delightful menu parings with Artelium favourites. From between 3pm - 8pm.
SPRING FESTIVAL - 4th & 5th May
Join The Jolly Sportsman for a Spring Festival celebration with local food, live jazz music, special guest cohosts such as Ridgeview, and the grand reopening of the garden bar for the summer season. Enjoy a weekend of community spirit, British produce delights, and summer vibes this May Bank Holiday weekend.
Jolly Wine Society - 16th May - Best Of British Wine
Broaden your viticultural horizons and join us one Thursday every month for an informal wine masterclass from 6pm-7pm for £30 per person. Sample a curated selection of wines, paired with nibbles, and hosted by an expert. JAZZ NIGHT - 6TH jUNE
Enjoy live jazz music every first Thursday of the month, indulge in the soothing tunes of a local jazz duo while relishing a delicious meal from our a la carte menu. Music from local Brighton artists. The band duo changes every month. Book your table now to secure a space. 7pm - 9pm.
COCKTAIL MASTERCLASS -
11TH july
The Jolly Sportsman announces a cocktail masterclass focusing on clarification techniques led by General Manager Emily. Participants will learn how to elevate drinks using methods like agar and milk. Suitable for beginners and experts, it promises an evening of discovery and enjoyment. From between 6pm - 8pm.

Jolly Dog Walk - TBC
Join Roman & the Jolly dog crew from 12 noon at The Jolly Garden Bar for tea & coffee followed by a lovely social dog walk all together for about an hour around the gorgeous countryside. Come back to homemade soup and sausage rolls around the Garden Bar. £15 per person. Drinks with lunch extra.
